How do I connect OnLine?
You receive a link from me via email. You click on this link and it connects you to the online meeting.
What if I have no microphone on my desktop computer?
You can view the meeting on your desktop and use your phone at the same time to talk and listen.
How long are the online sessions?
Sessions are typically less than one hour, dependent on your questions. No session is longer than 2 hours.
What do I do if I miss a session or have to leave early?
All material covered during the live online sessions is drawn from the videos. You can always email me specific questions at any time.
How much time do I need to spend to complete the assignments between sessions?
Typically, 1 - 2 hours of additional work is required after each Session to complete the assignments.
How do I access the Workbook and other material?
You will receive a link to set up a password you need to gain access to your group’s private Online member area. This member area provides you access to all preparation materials, videos, worksheets, examples, and support.
What is the price?
Price is $1,200 + GST per attendee. Note GST applies for NZ residents ONLY.
What else do I need?
You will need a copy of the ISO 9001 standard for the assignments and sessions.
What recognition do I get for doing the course?
You will receive a course Completion Certificate when you have sent me your completed workbook. You can apply for Certified Quality Internal Auditor (CQIA) professional recognition through the New Zealand Organisation for Quality (NZOQ).
